“Honeycomb Fitments” are advanced version of Honeycomb Boards, the fitments ensures better stability and enhanced cushioning.
Unlike other conventional fitments, honeycomb fitments are very easy to install and apply. It will need less labour in case of fabrications. It is easy to cut and paste therefore highly preferred by customized packaging companies.

Honeycomb fitments are available in various sizes and thickness. There is an advance version of fitments which can bear upto 100 Kg weight per square inch. Honeycomb fitment have a huge demand in all over the world. The main reason behind this demand is its simple yet robust design, easy to apply and 100% bio-degradability.

Working Principle:
Honeycomb fitments are made from honeycomb boards or panels. The strength of any fitment lies in its core. Fitments and separators are designed to gain extra strength and provide sturdy grip to product packed in the box. Slots, punch or V-cuts are applied to board for getting shape of fitment. Then slight bending and pasting will convert a honeycomb board into Fitment or corner support.

If customer demands for high pressure strength node size 6mm will be more suitable. In case customer need more cushioning the node size 10 mm is preferred.
